What personal data do we collect about you?
We will collect your first name, surname and email address when you consent to receive marketing from us.
The consent form will be given to you by ITV and if you consent, ITV will pass your details onto us.
How will we use that personal data?
We will send you marketing from MGA if you have consented to receive it.
What is our legal basis for processing your data?
Our legal basis for processing is your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the subscribe link in any email.
Who do we share your personal data with?
We use software platforms to manage our database and will add you, if you have consented to receive marketing.
Do we transfer your personal data outside of the UK?
Our head office is in the United States so we need to transfer your data there. This is a legitimate interest for us because we are an international business. We use the government’s International Data Transfer Agreement as the data safeguard.
How long do we keep your personal data for?
We keep you on our mailing list until you unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, we will keep your data on our suppression list for five years so that we don’t email you again by accident. This is a legitimate interest.
Do we use any automated decision making?
We do not use any automated decision making.
Your rights as a data subject
Rights in respect of our processing of your personal data which are:
- To access to your personal data and information about our processing of it. You also have the right to request a copy of your personal data (but we may need to remove information about other people).
