Why is the snow not coming out of the chimney?

If you overfill the chimney chute with the snow beads, it will jam up the unit and may shut off. To avoid this problem, it is best to shovel in a small amount of the snow beads at a time. If a jam does occur, here are some tips to clear the jam:

1. Turn off the unit for 5 minutes and then turn it back on.

2. Use any can air duster to blow out the beads clumped inside the stack and motor through the top holes of the chimney.
