To place a warranty claim on a defective product, please read the following carefully:
To help make the holidays a little brighter, MGA is offering an extended temporary Holiday Warranty period on purchases made after October 15, 2025. We warrant to the original purchaser that this product is free of manufacturing defects (materials and/or workmanship). All claims must be submitted no later than January 15, 2026, for this extended warranty to be honored.
A photo of the defective product along with a dated sales receipt, gift receipt and a dated delivery confirmation document for product purchased online, is required as proof of purchase, and no exceptions will be made. If you do not submit a valid receipt and photo of the product with your claim, your claim will NOT be processed.
Approval of any claim is at the sole reasonable discretion of MGA. The only remedies available under this warranty will be either replacement of the defective part, replacement of the product, or exchange for a different product of the same or approximately the same value. You also have the option to return the product to the retailer from which it was purchased according to the retailer’s return policy, which may include exchange or refund.

*MGA Entertainment’s warranty policy is not valid if an item is pre-owned. Purchases made from private sellers, auctions, thrift stores, and garage sales are exempt from our warranty.
