Why won’t the nail polish flavor or base flow into the Nom when I squeeze the bottle?

For best results, wipe the opening of the nail polish bottles to clear them before adding additional colors or nail base. If clogging occurs while filling the Nom, clean the nozzle with tissue and clean the bottleneck with a cotton swab before proceeding.
